Cucumber Fizz Cocktail
Herbal, refreshing, delicate, Prairie Cucumber-Flavored Organic Vodka one sniff is all it takes to transport you to a pampered spa session.
- 2 oz Praire cucumber vodka
- 2 oz tonic water or sparkling water
- 1 tbs light agave syrup
- 1 lime slice
- Ice to serve
- Muddle lime with cucumber vodka and agave syrup.
- Strain in highball glass with ice.
- top with tonic water. Enjoy immediately.

Grilled Pineapple -Siracha Popsicle
Food that is at its freshest is also most flavorful. With summer at our heels, fruits are in abundance. Berries, Pineapples, Peaches, Melons, Mangoes etc…you name it and all farmer’s markets are brimming with sweet and juicy jewels. Whether you are relaxing by the pool this summer, mingling out-door in the heat, or throwing the biggest baddest firework bash in the neighborhood, this spicy, fruity, and refreshing beverage/dessert will surely take the edge off summer’s heat.
Ubiquitous Siracha makes it way into Vodka. Made with all-natural flavors, Siracha Vodka is spicy, peppery, and of course, Hot, but not too hot, it adds just the right amount of kick to your cocktail. Grilling the pineapple imparts natural sweetness to the drink. Hint of agave syrup and the pineapple does the rest. Feel free to substitute pineapple with your choice of summer fruit – watermelon, peach, mango, all will do the trick.
- 1 pineapple, skin removed, sliced or whole
- 1/2 cup freshly squeezed lime juice
- 1/4 cup agave syrup, or more to taste
- 1 tbs fresh mint leaves
- 1.5 cups UV siracha vodka
- Grill the pineapple until charred on grill or broiler.
- Whiz the pineapple, lime juice, mint, and agave syrup in a blender.
- Strain in a pitcher and stir in siracha vodka.
- Pour the mixture into popsicle molds. Insert popsicle sticks and freeze popsicles overnight.
